Job Description
– Handle whole accounting and finance tasks with QuickBooks
– Bookkeeping & Settlement (Daily/Monthly/Yearly)
– Handle Monthly/Yearly Tax Declaration
– Processes making payments from all funds and issuance of check documents for the purpose of making payments
– Reconciles financial data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances
– Manage and check all kinds of account documents, invoice, purchase order and bill
– Control petty cash and daily expenses.
– Prepare and Monitor each project cost
– Control and prepare monthly inventory reports.
– To ensure all the accounting process and policy is properly carried out and followed.
– Some tasks from the General Manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to handle monthly/yearly tax
– Some experience in negotiation with GDT
– Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as QuickBooks
– Able to use English advanced level
– Have an experience of accountant more than 3 years
– Have good communication skill.
