Job Description
– Preparation/Reviewing of a monthly and annual tax filing, a monthly balance sheet and income statement using an accounting software
– Support for Japanese companies expanding overseas, consultation on international taxation, introduction of local affiliated companies and provision of information on local conditions
– Provide high quality services to companies operating in multiple regions simultaneously by utilizing network of branches in other countries
– Recruit and Monitor junior staffs and maintain the situation to consult for the difficult cases
– Support and advice on procedures for company incorporation, VISA acquisition, and other procedures for corporate expansion into Cambodia
– Support and act as agent for tax affairs such as corporate tax reporting, support for parent company financial reporting, monthly financial reporting, etc.
– Support for payroll calculation, accounting bookkeeping, audit firm support, internal control establishment support, asset valuation services, etc.
– Identifying issues and problems within operation and providing the idea for improvement
– Preparation/Reviewing E-Filling as well as desktop application
– other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
Job Requirement
– Female
– Bachelors degree in Accounting related field
– Good understanding about the overall accounting tasks especially in procedures for company incorporation
– English for daily business conversation
– Experience of Accounting work at least 3 years
– Able to record/review financial transactions and prepare/review monthly/yearly tax declaration
– Have the desire to run business together and build up the company from the establishment stage
– Detail oriented and good at communication
– Working experience in an international company under a foreign boss (especially Japanese company)
– Strong knowledge of Cambodian law and high sense of up to dates on the changes
Priority
– Tax Agent license holder
– Work experience in a professional accounting firm
– Working experience in a tax consulting or accounting tax firm
– Japanese skill is a plus.
