Job Description
– Assist manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports.
– Review revenue and expenditure transaction
– Prepare Invoices & Receipts for clients and follow up clients’ payments.
– Review account payable and account receivable – Review accounting transaction to record in accounting system corrected and on time
– Verify all documents
– Preparation of cash flows and cash requirement forecasting
– Prepare the financial statements and reporting to management
– Closing Monthly Financial Statement Reports with supporting summaries & submitting to Acct
– Insist preparing monthly & yearly tax declaration
– Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
– Assist admin work for any require
– Another Task assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
– University graduate with high proficiency in Finance, Accounting/Banking
– At least 1-2 years of work experience in a Finance and Accounting role
– Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
– Good level in English
– Must possess personal integrity, be highly driven and disciplined with time
– An experienced planner who can prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and can work well under pressure and deadline
– Strong commitment and detail oriented, and punctual
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Be Confident, self-motivated, and teamwork
