Job Description
– Manage Accounting tasks of the company
– Make financial statement (Cash Flow, P/L, B/S)
– Calculate payroll for entire workforce, payroll and bookkeeping
– Handle network banking billing procedures,
– Preparation, checking and submission of tax-related documents
– Manage accounting teams and control daily petty cash, journalizing, all the transaction record
– Monthly / yearly tax declaration cooperating with accounting firm
– Catch up new tax related information from GDT
– Staff attendance check
– Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification
– English for business communication
– Experience with QuickBooks(MUST) and Microsoft offices
– At least 3~4 years experiences in accounting work
– Able to report and discuss with the General Manager as needed
– Able to work carefully without making small mistakes.
Priority
– Working experience in all aspects of accounting in a one-person department
– Work experience in an international company.
