Job Description

– Tracking the cost of materials, labor, and Identifying areas where costs can be reduced and efficiency improved.
– Preparing Financial Statements: Generating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
– Monthly and Annual Reporting: Providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.
– Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets and forecasts to plan for future financial performance.
– Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
– Tax Filings: Preparing and filing tax returns.
– Auditing: Cooperating with auditors and ensuring accurate financial records.
– Managing and tracking Accounts Payable and Receivable
– Monitoring and managing the flow of cash into and out of the business.
– Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
– 5-10 years of experience in accounting / finance positions and several years of experience in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment
– Strong knowledge in taxations and able to handle documentation and communication with the government
– Able to use English at a good to advanced level (enough to communicate with Japanese managers)
– Advanced Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email
– Attention to detail and careful workmanship.

Priority

– 2-5 years of experience in a garment factory or similar manufacturing environment is preferred
– Familiarity with the specific accounting needs of garment factories, including understanding of inventory control, cost accounting, and tax regulations.
– Able to speak English more than Good level
– Experience working in a Japanese company
– Experience in dealing with ministries and governments and audit work is highly welcome
– Live in or the hometown is Svay Rieng province
– Able to use Vietnamese is an advantage.
