Job Description
– Assist and be involved in corporate finance exercises and activities.
– Support the Company through every stage of transaction including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offering (IPO), Debt Securities Offering, Private Fundraising, and other Financial Advisory activities.
– Support in conducting thorough research and analysis of the financial markets, industries, and companies.
– Support in preparing detailed financial models and financial analysis.
– Support in producing documentation related to the transaction such as proposals, presentation materials, prospectus, and other agreements.
– Arrange meetings with potential clients, external parties, and stakeholders and reporting.
– Other related duties will be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
– Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sectors, especially in securities field
– Must have at least Good language level in English
– Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
– Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment
– Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or other related field.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
– Good attitude, attention to detail, and patience.
Priority
– Advanced knowledge in banking operations
– Hold the SERC license or passed the SERC of training and examination for approved person is priority.
– At least 3 years of consistent work length in previous companies is preferred
– Knowledge of securities business and experience in research, data analyst would be preferred.
