JOB DESCRIPTION
– Perform a wide variety of confidential executive secretarial and administrative duties
– Provide timely, effective diary management by prioritizing and organizing meetings with internal and external
– Assist on interpreting from Chinese to Khmer, Khmer to Chinese
– Communicate to the company partners and keep the good relationships with the managers of the clients
– Review and record all incoming correspondence and emails
– Human Resource Management
– Any assigned task from the management
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Graduate Bachelors Degree in Business Admin or any field
– Able to speak and writing in Chinese at more than advanced level
– Be able to speak English at good level
– Be able to use computer (MS words, Excel), Internet, email…
– Good and strong communication skill is a must
– Well organize, honest, reliable, loyalty and positive manner/attitude
PRIORITY
– Working experience in an assistant GM or secretary position
– Working in a Chinese company and under the Chinese boss
