Job Description
– Receive booking from supplier
– Booking space to carrier
– seeking approval from Buyer
– Send approval to supplier vs Release Order from carrier
– Update all information in to Yusen system status
– Prepare and submit SI to carrier
– Send Draft SI to shipper checking.
– Extract e-docs and prepare FCR & send to supplier
– Update AP / AR ( Carrier / Shipper )
– Issue Invoice charge to supplier
– Coordinate related department, shipper, carrier, co-loader, forwarder, broker, Agent and Head office (Hong Kong).
– Complete all task assign by Manager.
Job Requirement
– Experience in Logistics industry at least 2 year
– Able to speak English good to advanced level
– Able to work near PPSEZ
– Good communication skills
– Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point).
Priority
– Residents living near PPSEZ
– Working experience at a Japanese company.
