Job Description

– Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
– Understanding of key customer needs and requirements
– Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
– Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
– Build good communication between key customers and internal teams
– Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
– Generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
– Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts

Job Requirement

– At least 3-4 years of working experience in airfreight and CBT (Cross Border Transport)
– Work experience of related position (Assistant Manager or above)
– Advanced level in English
– Advanced experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
– Be able to good communication and team management skill
– Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
– Have computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Priority

– Work experience more than 5 years in an international logistics company
– Have experience as handling Key Account clients
– Have working experience in freight forwarder company especially European or American company
