Job Description
– Coordinating the sales team by filing important documents and communicating related information
– Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related materials/ equipment
– Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support if requested
– Storing and sorting financial and non-financial data both electronically and paper-based
– Handling the processing of orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Monitoring the sales team’s progress and making weekly sales reports
– Assisting in the preparation and organization of promotional activities
– Ensuring that the company is following its own laws/ policies/ regulations
– Under the direction of a Japanese superior, visit customer sites and make proposals
– Interpretation for Japanese sales.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese (Including Writing and Reading) at least JLPT N3
– Able to speak English Good to Advanced
– Able to work in PPSEZ
– PC Skills (Word, Excel , Power Point)
– Able to build good communication with customers and superiors.
