Job Description:
1. Support Sales Growth & New Business
-Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
-Support the Sales team in exploring new markets and regions
-Assist in developing new programs to grow company revenue
-Work with customers to understand their needs and support solutions

2. Sales Data & Reporting Support
-Prepare reports and check data accuracy base on company system
-Help fix any errors or missing information in reports
3. Sales Performance & Customer Analysis
-Analyze customer performance and sales results
-Support sales forecasting (future sales prediction)
4. Sales Target & Performance Tracking
-Support setting sales targets
-Track and measure sales performance (SIP / KPI tracking)
-Handle questions related to sales achievement results
5. System & Process Improvement
-Support projects to improve sales reporting systems
-Help make data analysis easier and more detailed for the Sales team
–Work with Finance / IT teams when needed
Required Skills:
-2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry
-Able to understand customer needs and propose solutions
-Good negotiation and communication skills
-Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
-Basic financial understanding and business thinking
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools

Priority:
Proficiency in Chinese is priority.
