Job Overview
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be the bridge between management and the sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role, guiding daily sales activities, coaching your team, and ensuring sales targets are exceeded while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team daily
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor KPIs and individual team performance
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance follow-ups
- Support team in negotiations and closing key deals
- Coordinate closely with management and leadership
- Maintain and develop client relationships, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare basic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing, and company policies
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Serious professional, not a beginner
- Age: 25–35 years or older
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Solid background in sales performance management and team supervision
- Results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Experience in real estate, housing, construction, or related industries is a strong advantage
- English communication skills are an advantage (Khmer required)
- CH speaker is a plus
