Position Summary
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with logistics, supply chain, and procurement teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
You will engage with decision-makers in target markets, present BLFS services, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth. Success in this role requires proactive leadership, teamwork, integrity, and a focus on delivering results.

Working Conditions
- Working Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1h break)
- Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday (half day, only if there is work)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and create new business opportunities
- Find and contact potential customers for sea, air, and trucking services
- Conduct sales activities for clients in Technology, Automotive, FMCG, Retail, Fashion & Lifestyle, and Chemical industries
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
- Track sales targets and report results
- Work with internal teams to prepare and submit tenders
- Check customer payments and ensure timely collection
- Create new products and services for customers
- Participate in sales meetings to improve performance
Required Skills
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding basics and practices
- Good to advanced English communication skills
- Able to travel for business trips within the country and abroad
- PC Skills: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Priority Skills
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus
- Experience in contract logistics or warehousing is advantageous
