POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Supervisor will visit retail shops in Phnom Penh to promote and sell Nissin instant noodles, expand sales channels, and increase market share. This role also involves 1–2 weeks of business trips each month to provinces such as Sihanoukville, Kratie, and Takeo to manage and support the local sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop new retail shop customers, including supermarkets, marts, shopping malls, family businesses, and local markets.
- Increase sales at existing retail shops by explaining product benefits and suggesting promotions.
- Help set up displays and POP advertisements.
- Make sales strategies to increase distributor sales.
MARKETING & PROMOTION:
- Create new product leaflets and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research on competitors, customer preferences, and display trends.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SUPPORT:
- Troubleshoot complaints for defective products or lack of stock.
- Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and retail shops.
- Manage sales staff in the provinces during business trips.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business trips to provinces once or twice a month.
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese GM.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Able to travel to provinces by company car.
- PC skills, especially Excel.
- Age between 27 and 35 years old.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English proficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Honest, diligent, and proactive.
- Sales experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Work experience in a foreign company.
- Scored more than 6 points on Camup IQ test.
