Position Summary:
This position will play a crucial role in promoting and generating sales for our Electrical / Engineering Solution services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting them with our innovative solutions. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will effectively close deals and meet sales targets.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
– Working with their area manager or director to complete assigned tasks
– Attending and arranging meetings and events for the better sales amount
– Updating sales records and documents accurately
– Visiting and monitoring a project site as needed
– Lead to close deals in the sales process
– Sending invoice to and ensuring the payment from clients
– Communicating with clients at the manager’s request
– Conducting research and collating survey data
– Assessing whether sales targets are met
– Taking notes on what they learn while on the job.

Required Skills:
– Age: up to 35 years old
– Any academic background
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
– 3+ year experience as an Outdoor Sales person
– High IQ (higher than 5/10 points)
– Advanced English communication skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
– Quick learner and ability to deal with multitasks
– Experience working in foreign companies, especially Japanese, European, or Korean companies
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
– 3+ year experience as an Outdoor Sales person
– High IQ (higher than 5/10 points)
– Advanced English communication skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
– Quick learner and ability to deal with multitasks
– Experience working in foreign companies, especially Japanese, European, or Korean companies
Priority:
– Knowledge and experience on MEP engineering is highly evaluated
