Job summary:
As a Sales Representative for Charles Wembley, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You
will be required to have a deep understanding of the foodservice products and
services offered, handle customer inquiries, and close sales effectively. Your role will
involve a combination of fieldwork, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
– Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to present products and services.
– Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customers’
needs.
Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
– Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Training:
– Attend training of existing and new products in-person or online when advised
and arranged by company
– Conduct internal training, whenever required, to team members who were unable
to attend the training or new to join the team.
Market Research:
– Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Sales Targets:
– Achieve or exceed sales targets set.
– Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Administrative Duties:
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.
– Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and follow up on pending issues.
Product Knowledge:
– Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.
– Stay informed about product updates and new offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, in the foodservice sector, especially in sale of F&B product
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to use laptop/computer effectively.
– Ability to speak and write English fluently. Ability to speak/write in Chinese is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to receive constructive feedback and work well under pressure.
– Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Compensation:
– Salary, commission and bonuses awarded based on performance.
