Job Description
– Maintain and develop positive business and customers relationship
– Seeking new customers by Sales call, researching in all connection
– Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments including oversea agent
– Preparing the quotation for existing and new customers
– Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and all related parties about pricing
– Update monthly report every month
– Generate all new opportunities and close in customer relation management system (CRM)
– Keep follow up and solve the customers complaint
– Other tasks to be assigned.
Job Requirement
– Work experience some of import or export by Air, Ocean or Truck
– At least 2 years experience in sales for the logistics industry.
– Able to speak Japanese Good to Advanced level (Including reading and writing)
– Good communication and behavior
– Able to use Microsoft Officer( Outlook, Word, Excel , Power Point ).
