Job Description
– Secure new clients on appropriate paperwork before move-in.
– Property inspections before client move-in.
– Ensure the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the agreed date.
– Monitor property listing quality, information, and description effectively.
– Gather information about market competition in the area.
– Maintain good communication with other Property Managers and Landlords.
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
– Respond to inquiries about properties for sale
– Participation in business negotiations with the superior
– Other tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirement
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Well organized, easy going and good at communication
– Good organization and time management abilities
– Advanced level in English
– Able to use Word and Excel at a Good level
– Sales/Customer service experience in the real estate/property management field
– Able to work individually as the company is in a start-up stage.
Priority
– Knowledge of the contract regarding to the real estate, rental or property management etc
– Working experience in a Japanese real estate company or handling Japanese customers and understand the Japanese manner
– Able to speak Japanese.
