Job Description
– Contact Japanese restaurants for daily orders
– Explain the product details
– Follow up with customers
– Respond to customer’s inquires and complains. Sometimes you receive calls and messages even after 5 pm
and weekends because your customers are mainly restaurants.
– Share customers requirement and purchasing requests internally, and process the purchasing with teams
– Make product lists, especially about the ones which are newly imported from Japan
– Arrange and organize the products delivery to the customers restaurants.
Job Requirement
– At least 2 years of experience working in Japan
– Experience of studying in Japan or highly qualified workers
– Japanese skill at least N2 and English for daily business uses
– Ability to multitask
– Able to respond to customers even after 5:00 pm and weekend if needed.
Priority
– Good communication skills
– Work experience as a sales or customer service positions.
