JOB DESCRIPTION
– Sales of high-brand goods/precious metals, etc.
– Adjustment/negotiation of selling prices and introduction of products
– Merchandise display and layout
– Customer service
– Reporting, communication and consultation
– Maintain/improve teamwork
– Acquisition of buying/selling knowledge
– Customer management
– Inventory management
– Deposit/withdrawal management
– System operation (POS and inventory system)
– Other matters as directed by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Good level in Japanese language (N2 level).
– Experience as a sales & customer service
– Strong negotiation skills
– Merchandise display and layout skills
– Able to inventory control
– Able to manage deposits and withdrawals
– Able to operate inventory control systems
– Able to report, communicate and consult with supervisors and team members
– Able to to maintain/improve teamwork
– Able to learn new knowledge
– Friendly and clean in appearance
