Job Description
– Developing new Chinese companies (Taiwan, China, Hongkong) in Cambodia.
– Promote and sell various types of general insurance products (e.g., property, fire, liability, motor insurance) to Chinese company. (Taiwan, China, Hongkong)
– Research the market for Chinese companies in Cambodia and create a new development list.
– Visit clients, make presentations, and negotiate in Chinese language
– Identify clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations.
– Work with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and various documents
– Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Other task from supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Chinese (Including reading and writing)
– Must be able to put the customer first.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Interested in sales position.
Priority
– Able to speak English (Including reading and writing) is a plus
– Sales experience (B2B) in a financial or insurance company is a plus
– Experience working in a Chinese company (any industry)
– Chinese (Taiwan, China, Hongkong) university graduates.
