Job Description
– Research and comparison of land prices of surrounding area of the company’s land holdings (mainly in the suburbs of Phnom Penh)
– Checking and reporting on the progress of the company’s development construction sites, and negotiating with the constructors
– Build good relationships with clients sometimes on weekends or after work (playing golf together etc.)
– Driving company car as needed to take clients to the survey areas
– Research on land prices and markets in areas under consideration for new development, and marketing analysis.
– Proactively communicate with the CEO in Japan to ensure smooth business collaboration
– Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak English at an Advanced level
– 7~8 years of working experience especially in B2B sales/customer service field
– Well experienced & flexible as this position will be required to handle various tasks requested by manager
– Well-educated with an understanding of politics, economics, culture, etc.
– Good sense of humor, tolerant and empathetic (important)
– Have a driver’s license.
Priority
– Work experience in an international company under a foreign manager
– Working experience in an investment or real estate industry.
