Job Description
– Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the garage is operating
– Explain the benefits and importance of car inspections and promote services
– Utilize Facebook and other online marketing to improve service and company recognition
– Build relationships with bus companies, transportation companies, and other companies that handle vehicles
– Build positive relationships with owners, managers, and dealership staff to establish a sales process
– Maintain inventories that meet the needs of the local market while also managing profit and loss to meet the sales goals
– Communicating with vendors to negotiate prices on new vehicles, parts, and services
– Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
– Have sales or marketing experience for at least 2 years
– Willing to go out for customer meet-up and building relationships
– Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
– Good Japanese skill in written, spoken (higher than N3)
– Strong outgoing personality and high communication skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software as needed to make reports.
Priority
– Working experience in technical field (especially automotive maintenance factories)
– Working in sales or marketing in automotive company
– Digital marketing (like SNS) experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese language, Sales/Marketing or Technical/Maintenance field
– Able to read, write, and speak both English as well as Japanese
– Master/Bachelor’s degree from university in Japan or working experience in Japanese company.
