TG International School is urgently looking for Sales & Marketing officer.

Responsibility:

1. Manage and develop marketing campaigns.
2. Plan and implement creative campaigns on various social media platforms.
3. Oversee and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
5. Utilize research findings to provide marketing managers with insights and direction for upcoming marketing strategies and projects.
6. Collaborate with manager(s) to prepare budgets.
7. Manage promotional activities.
8. Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
9. Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
10. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
11. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
12. Plan and brainstorm strategies on student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and strong response in parents’ outreach assigned to marketing.
13. Support team members in the market research and development of marketing and sales strategies for the company to attract student recruitment.
14. Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets by quarter and the year
15. Create and present sales recruitment performance and pipeline reports weekly
16. Contact potential and existing customers/ parents on the phone, per email, and in person
17. Handle customers’ and prospects’ questions, inquiries, and complaints
18. Produce own network for sales prospects in order to attract and recruit new students
19. Consistent follow-up with new recruited parents for after sales effectiveness Design and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract student recruitment
20. Drive student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
21. Establish partnerships with relevant organizations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events.
22. participate in extracurricular activities, such as outings, lunchtime clubs, social activities and sporting events.
23. Assisting Supervisors / Heads in any projects or tasks in relation to school goals and objectives.
24. Participating in all School events.
25. Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in sale, Marketing and communication or equivalence field
• Having relevant working experience or as a professional sale is plus
• Good knowledge of speaking and writing English
• Good computer skill, MS. Office including typing in both Khmer and English or MS. Design (if)
• Good command of English and Chinese (if)
• Ability cross-functional teams
• Strong conceptualization analytical skills
• Willing travel outside Phnom Penh if required
• Dynamic, honest, friendly, flexible and able to work under pressure.
