Job Description
– Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province)
– Setting up, managing, leading and training a sales team in house
– Supervising and supporting on-going deals of team members
– Setting up sales and marketing strategies and plans
– Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
– Motivate sale teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs
– Dealing with clients on the enquires to get the deals closed
– Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
– Present sales revenue and expenses reports with a realistic forecast to the management team
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
– Doing market research, update company & other competitors for projects progress;
– Explore prospects and potential customers
– Be responsible for forming and organizing a team, including but not limited to: recruit members, manage sales materials & working procedures, work with partners…
– Be responsible for sales team KPI and team members’ performance
– Work with other internal departments for procedures related sales activities
– Working with sales agencies for supporting sales activities, distributing company products
– Other tasks assigned by Project Manager and/or Managing Director.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor degree in business administration field in Sale and Marketing
– Having from 5 years of experience in sales real estate field
– Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
– Ability to closing deals and generating revenue through direct interaction with customers
– Be able to set up and manage a sales team
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
– Advanced time management skills
– Excel and PowerPoint (MS Skills)
– Dynamic, confident and autonomous.
