Job Description
Sales Management:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise sales targets.
– Manage and lead the sales team, set goals, and monitor performance.
– Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking and relationship building.
– Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
Marketing Strategy:
– Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.
– Work closely with agencies and in-house teams on branding, advertising, and promotions.
– Oversee content creation for brochures, websites, social media, email marketing, and PR.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies
– Customer Relationship Management:
– Ensure excellent customer service and client engagement throughout the sales cycle.
– Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business.
– Oversee CRM systems to manage leads and track performance metrics.
Budgeting and Reporting:
– Prepare and manage sales & marketing budgets.
– Generate regular reports on campaign ROI, sales funnel analysis, and team performance.
– Provide strategic input to senior management based on market insights.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
– In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes and marketing channels.
– Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and local property laws.
