Job Description
– Present and explain technical intern in Japan in assigned areas to students’ families and villages, communities etc.
– Execute daily sale activities and report to the directors
– Commit to achieve (meet or exceed ) the sale target assigned
– Visit provincial areas, villages and communities for the market research
– Gather market information and frequent questions and concerns
– Resolve the complaints, maintain and develop relationships with their families or people in communities.
– Make contents which will gather more views and build school brand
– Receive job information from Japan HQ and consider/execute the promotion plan to gather candidates for that.
– Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirement
– At least 2~3 years sales experience ( outdoor sales)
– Able to speak JP or ENG at a Good level
– Able to visit provincial area as needed
– Sales experience to superiors and able to proactively communicate appropriately to community leaders and family members.
– Strong negotiation and presentation skills
– Eager to try new things and willing to approach to new field
– Computer literacy (Ms. Word and Excel, internet and Email)
– Willing to learn and can work under pressure.
– Honest, punctual, responsible and team work.
Priority
– Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields preferred
– Working experience with Japanese is a plus
– Japanese skill (N3 above) is preferred
– Work experience in a Japanese company, especially in same industry(sending agency)
