Position Overview
We are looking for two experienced and motivated Sales Managers to lead and manage sales operations within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical sales, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving growth through relationship management and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and territory plans to achieve revenue, prescription generation, and market share targets.
- Promote the company’s medical products to physicians, specialists, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics through professional detailing and scientific discussions.
- Present clinical data, product formulations, and technical information to healthcare professionals as required.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for medical and formulation inquiries, coordinating with internal teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital formularies, tender committees, and the Ministry of Health.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of medical representatives and territory managers to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and field audits to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, collect market intelligence, and provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams.
- Ensure all promotional and marketing activities comply with relevant laws, ethical standards, and company SOPs.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience: Proven sales record in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Persuasive, customer-focused, and resilient under pressure.
Priority Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, OTC, Neurology, and Diabetology products.
- Ability to focus on sales volume and revenue targets through effective promotion and relationship-building.
- Flexible mindset, self-driven, and willing to learn and improve continuously.
