Job Description
– Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
– Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
– Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in logistics management or operations.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software and tools.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
– Fluency in Chinese and English
