This position is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve ambitious targets by developing strategies, expanding the customer base, and strengthening client relationships in a dynamic logistics market.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

– Drive the sales department towards achieving targeted sales goals and expanding the customer base.

– Develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new market opportunities.
– Lead the sales department to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
– Identify and seek new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
– Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
– Provide training and support to the sales members to enhance their skills and performance.
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
– Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
– Ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations.

Required Skills:

– In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

– Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Ability to drive sales growth and team performance.
– Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
– Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
– Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a Logistic industry)
– Strong understanding of the company’s products/services
– Excellent customer relationship management skills
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexible and adaptable
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
