The Sales Manager (Leisure) mainly handles travel agency business including group tours and individual FIT travelers to maximize hotel room occupancy and revenue.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue from leisure and travel trade segments
-Identify, approach, and secure new business from international and local travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business
-Negotiate room rates, contracts, and promotional offers with clients and partners
-Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to promote the hotel
-Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel site inspections for potential partners
-Coordinate familiarization (FAM) trips and client visits to showcase hotel facilities
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives and promotions
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management
-Support pricing strategy and annual budget planning for assigned market segments
-Ensure smooth communication of client requirements to relevant hotel departments

Required Skills:
-Minimum 4 years experience as Sales Manager in a hotel environment
-Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / related field (or equivalent experience)
-Strong experience in hotel sales (Leisure / Travel Trade / Corporate accounts)
-Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets
-Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Khmer
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and clients
-Knowledge of hotel booking / reservation systems and travel platforms
-Flexible and willing to work irregular hours when needed (events, client meetings, travel)
-Strong experience in hotel sales (Leisure / Travel Trade / Corporate accounts)
-Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets
