POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager (Car Loan) will lead the sales team and drive business growth in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive sales experience (preferably in finance), and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and ensure implementation by staff.
- Oversee portfolio management and maintain control guidelines based on best practices.
- Supervise and administrate BM, AMG, DBM, Supervisor, Senior Staff, and Staff.
- Monitor and evaluate sales staff performance regarding clients and outstanding balances.
- Produce timely management reports for monitoring and managing business systems.
- Ensure organizational quality through policy and procedure implementation.
- Maintain relationships with community leaders, government officials, and local authorities.
- Oversee loan risk framework and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions regarding risk management.
- Coordinate with departments including Credit Control, Collection, IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, banking, leasing, loan, or sales.
- Proficient in PC skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
