Job Description
– Support your team to create sales talk script & role play conducting per plan
– Check and ensure your sales team report (hard copy & system) correctly with enough supporting documents before submission to management
– Maximize Test Drive activity with customer together with team and review by weekly/monthly reporting to AM or M
– Propose new ideas on monthly dealer activities (showroom event, digital content, showroom decoration, roadshow)
– Screen A-card customer to assign for daily sales consultant follow-up
– Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation and on-time support
– Work closely with S&M distributor on marketing events execution (roadshow, car, launch, customer lucky draw event) with summary report of each activity and report to AM/M with efficiency and effectiveness
– Work closely with CR Department on SSI to provide customer high satisfaction and try to solve customer complain in professional way if any
– Work with his/her own team for setting monthly target sales, target by models and color, and submitted to AM or M at the end of each month
– Update competitors movement and sales performance daily and report weekly monthly
– Summary daily, weekly and monthly sales report and submit to AM or M
– Daily review back other with stock allocation for delivery to fulfill target
– Daily monitor your team call out activity on campaign feedback, post sales following up, A-card, sold out.)
– Daily monitor showroom check sheet, car display, and delivery room
– Daily review each sale consultant activities and advice the direction to close sales
– Motivate your team to actively join the training from sales training department with satisfied result to improve their soft skill, convincing skill and product knowledge
– Create digital content to post in Branch Page to increase more inquiries and control Branch Facebook Page
– Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Preferable Bachelor of Marketing/Business Management/related fields
– At least 34 years experience in related sales or marketing
– Pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, and initiative
– Good knowledge of management and leadership skills
– Team player, good communication, and interpersonal skills
– Must obtain driving license and good driving skills
– Having knowledge in digital sales is a plus
– Strong time management & service and result-oriented
– Good command of both spoken and written in English
– Knowledge of computer Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
