JOB DESCRIPTION
– Collect customer voices and report it to the manager for company operation improvement
– Seeking out prospective customers and promoting/selling the products to meet the set targets
– Ensuring the confidential information of customers and the Company are maintained at all times
– Maintaining good relationship with customers by displaying trusted manners
– Performs any others duties as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
– Report daily activities and monthly result to the manage.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Any nationality is acceptable
– Bachelor degree in sales & marketing and the other related field.
– Advanced command of English and Chinese for business communication
– Able to work independently
– Good communication skill (especially with an elder person and foreigners because the main customers are elder foreigner management people.)
– Understanding the sales roles & promoting the company’s products & services for the targets clients
– Willing to learn, grow and contribute with our professional environment.
PRIORITY
– Able to use Chinese at advanced level for 4 commands (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
– Experience in General Insurance company (not Life Insurance)
– Has studied or worked in Chinese speaking countries (China, Taiwan, etc.,)
– Working experience in B2B sales or outdoor sales.
