– Advise customers on product needs, prices and payment terms.
– Solicit new customers and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
– Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
– Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience in Sales for Real Estate is preferred.
– Outstanding customer service abilities.
– Pleasant appearance.
– Excellent formal verbal communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments and complete tasks as required.
– Maintain a high level of project knowledge and be able to answer in every question with confidence.
– Fluent written, spoken and read in both Khmer and English.
