Job Description
– Preparing documents regarding imports and export with accuracy
– Responding as appropriate to instructions from the Japanese head office
– Interacting with local affiliated companies as an intermediary
– Explaining services to Cambodian customers and handling other procedures
– Managing, preparing and submitting logistics documents to the Japanese head office
– Handling operations in coordination with Japanese head office
– Handling communication via email and telephone with customers, head office and other necessary parties.
– Participation in meetings with the Japanese side,
-Detecting and reporting every single delay or change in shipping schedule
– Conducting other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
– Already graduate from university
– Advanced JP skill (around N2-N1 level preferred)
– Ability to act open-mindedly and communicate well with others is important
– Have a good command of English (Daily upper in writing/reading especially (to understand English custom clearance documents)
– Able to join training in Japan for a first few months: training at the Osaka head office (single-person dormitory provided).
– Have PC skills (Word, Excel, emails, typing in English and Japanese etc.)
– Punctual, honest, strong under pressure, being able to report progress in a very timely manner.
Priority
– Working experience in logistics industry
– Have experience of overseeing a whole process of a project/ business such as factory production line management, logistics services, or checking process of a task from the beginning to the end.
– Able to go outside as needed and an open-minded personality
– Working or studying experience in Japan for several years.
