Job Description
– Developing sales in line with annual individual targets and company pricing strategy.
– Visiting customers on-site at least 4 days per week to support and expand client relationships.
– Maintaining a strong and professional representation of ELTEKH by providing high-quality
support.
– Ensuring all field information is accurately updated in ELTEKH’s CRM system.
– Participating in weekly sales coordination meetings with systematic reporting to management.
– Supporting customer service initiatives and contributing to sales KPIs such as turnover and client satisfaction.
– Provide technical sales support: Assist customers and the sales team with technical information and solutions.
– Develop sales and marketing strategies: Create strategies for key market segments.
– Present technical perspectives: Work with customers to present technical aspects of the company’s offerings.
– Provide alternative solutions: Offer solutions to meet unique customer needs.
– Develop training programs: Create and implement training programs for the sales organization.
– Represent the company: Attend industry forums, conferences, and events.
– Conduct technical presentations: Deliver presentations to potential customers and technical teams.
– Generate sales leads: Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
– 2-4 years of sales experience in the electrical or panel builder industry.
– Strong knowledge of low-voltage products and electrical system design.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Khmer and English.
– Field-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to generate and follow through on leads.
– Proficient with CRM systems and design tools (2D/3D—e.g., AutoCAD).
– Capable of managing large accounts, leading technical discussions, and delivering product
presentations.
– Strong organization, reporting, and customer relationship management skills.
