Job Description
– Assist GM to prepare for seminars, workshops, networking parties and so on in order to appeal the app and increase the brand recognition.
– Help to make appointments with hotels and promote the use of apps.
– Follow up with the current users and check the users voice. And summarize the data and share it with the management team for further improvement.
– Take minutes and documentation, coordinate schedules, etc. for meetings with the authorities such as the Ministry of Tourism and Taxi Association if required.
– Troubleshooting related to users’ complains and reviews and report GM for the app service improvement
– Find and list up new potential clients and users for this application
– Corporate sales to travel agencies, hotels, tourist facilities, etc.
– Close communication with foreign travelers and customers at partner hotels and TAs
– Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Job Requirement
– English at Advanced level.
– Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or other related field
– Working experience in an international company, in Phnom Penh city area or other countries
– Good attitude and interpersonal and flexible
– Ambitious and contribute to the start-up phase
– Able for overtime works even in holidays if required
