Responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting the company’s pumps, valves, and related products by building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable product solutions.

Job Requirements
Job Description:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop a customer database.
-Identify and approach new customers to create business opportunities, especially in the water and petrochemical sectors.
-Promote and sell pumps, valves, spare parts, and maintenance services to new and existing customers.
-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pumps, valves, and related equipment.
-Prepare and submit quotations based on technical and commercial requirements, and follow up until closure.
-Coordinate with factories, contractors, dealers, and internal teams for pricing, technical support, and delivery.
-Prepare costing sheets and ensure company profit margin guidelines are followed.
-Negotiate with customers to increase project scope and company profitability.
-Update CRM database, technical documents, and price lists.
-Support marketing activities, business development, and company events.
-Report sales progress, project updates, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager / Country Manager.
-Assist with translation, coordination, and other tasks assigned by management.

-Proven sales experience in construction materials, industrial products, or related fields.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Good English
-Proficient in Khmer (spoken and written), with the ability to use technical vocabulary
-Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
-Willingness to learn about the company’s products, including pumps, valves, and related equipment.
-Proactive and motivated to find new customers and business opportunities.
-Comfortable with field sales and visiting customer sites regularly.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Flexible, responsive, and professional with a positive work attitude.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Good English
