Job Description
1. Prepare and generate quotations for customer based on sale requirements
2. Ensure accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and terms in each quotation
3. Communicate with sales teams or clients for any clarification regarding quotations
4. Collaborating with the relevant team to ensure the availability of physical stock and recommend complementary items
5. Ensure that pricing information is accurate across various platforms
6. Coordinate with procurement or management teams for any price adjustments or changes.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related field
2. Must have 3 – 5 years experience in the same position
3. Advanced level of English for 4 commands
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft.
5. Be confident and self-motivated.
6. Flexible
7. Coordinate and maintain sales tools and resources to support the sales team
8. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary materials and tools to effectively engage with clients
9. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing or sales materials as needed
10. Monitoring competitors and maintaining records
11. Generating regular reports for the sales and management teams
