Position Summary
The Sale Officer manages client inquiries via social media and in-person consultations, advises on visa services, generates leads, achieves sales targets, and supports recruitment activities. The role operates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Working Conditions
- Working Time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Half day on Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to prospects’ comments and messages across social media and messaging apps
- Consult clients in person at the office and advise on visa options
- Process applications and ensure regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, and meet sales targets
- Support recruitment: sourcing candidates, advertising openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Khmer (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Proficient in social media management and communication tools (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Strong sales acumen: lead generation, client consultation, and relationship building
- Experience in recruitment (optional)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Professional appearance suitable for client-facing roles
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft 365)
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
