– Establish and maintain good relationship with distributor, and Route Sales Dealer Team.
– Regular follow up distributor sales activity, sales performance, supply and inventory status.
– Execute Sales strategy to boost up the Route Sales.
– Perform marketing Plan to approach dealer purchase from distributor.
– Regular follow up dealer activity, Stock status, Sales Performance, Dealer inquiry and support Dealer development.
– Communicates, deals and handles distributor & Dealer marketing activity, monitor campaign sales program and feedback market information.
– Conduct dealer visit program to develop new dealer network and expand sales channel.
– Prepare Weekly Sales Report and update market trend / competitor information to Distributor / Sales Manager / General Manager.
-Degree in any discipline, preferable Economy and Marketing Field.
-Required min 1 years or above working experiences in Sales & Marketing Fields. Fresh graduated is accepted.
– Required skill (s): Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word, and Power Point).
– Highly Self-motivated, outgoing and sporting personality.
– Profession communicate in English and Khmer language and able to write in English.
– Possess own transport.
– Basic possess knowledge in Air Conditioning Fields.
– Able to communicate in Chinese.
