Job Description:
– Acknowledge and track assigned leads immediately in the Google Drive Report.
2. Sales Conversion & Optimization:
– Follow up consistently to maximize conversion and fill seat capacities for all scheduled tours.
– Match client preferences with suitable packages and actively promote priority travel products.
3. Booking & Financial Workflow:
– Process bookings by securing deposits, collecting required travel documents, and coordinating with accounting for receipt issuance.
– Facilitate accurate client data handovers to the ticketing and Visa teams.
4. Data Tracking & Reporting:
– Update booking logs onto Google Drive and submits daily performance metrics (pax, deposits, pipeline)
5. Post-Sales Retention & Escalation:
– Maintain an updated customer master list to leverage for future promotions and remarketing.
– Conduct tactful post-travel follow-up calls to collect survey feedback without causing customer annoyance.
– Monitor booking trends and immediately escalate any sales or operational challenges to the front-line manager for timely corrective action before it is too late.
Required Skills:
• High-speed responsiveness with a results-oriented mindset to meet strict deadlines and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette, capable of handling customer follow-ups with extreme tact.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) for accurate data tracking.
• High level of integrity, professional accountability, and strict policy compliance.
