Job Description
– Monitor and maintain store standards, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall store
presentation.
– Staff training on site
– Designing displays of in-store merchandise
– Manage staff shifts
– Daily sales and cash confirmation
– Reporting to the head office and local management partners
– Troubleshooting and devising measures to prevent recurrence of problems
– Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and oversee team performance.
– Oversee books, lifestyle retail and café product inventory management, stock levels, and ordering processes.
– Plan and execute in-store events such as book launches, author signings, and reading sessions.
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirement
– Any nationality able to apply
– At least 3 years of experience in the customer service industry
– Have Japanese cultural relation, such as work experience in a Japanese company
– English proficiency for business use
– Strong physical fitness (as extensive movement is required during peak hours).
– Good understanding of manners to interact appropriately with customers.
– Excellent communication skills
– Expected to stay in Cambodia for a long period of time.
