Job Description
– Responsible for store sales and monitoring stock inventory
– Perform price labelling and replenishment of merchandise on the shelves
– Source and analyze information to gain knowledge on merchandise under your care
– Perform cashiering duties which include operating the POS cash register, handling various modes of payments, and packing of customers’ purchases
– Perform book jacketing and gift-wrapping services
– Provide prompt and excellent customer service at all times
– Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in any discipline
– English skills at least at a good level
– Passionate for frontline customer service
– Energetic, customer-centric oriented, and positive mindset
– Good communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition
– Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn
– Required to work 6 days a week following retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
