Job Description
– Receive reservations and respond to inquiries from customers.
– Ensuring a smooth operation system, checking the customers needs.
– Follow the guidance of management, shift management and other attendance management.
– Maintaining and managing a clean and high quality restaurant facility.
– Assist with restaurant service and customer service as needed
– Cashier duties with accurate and timely responding
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
– Able to use English at least basic to good level
– Experience in customer service or cashier
– Able to communicate proactively with customers and internal/external parties.
– Able to work from morning til night time as required (with a break time)
– Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Proper attitude and clean appearance.
Priority
– Experience in food and beverage industry, especially in Japan
– Japanese, Chinese, or other additional skill is highly welcome
– Working experience with Japanese.
