Job Description
– Translator for Japanese manager
– Handling Japanese guests
– Cooperate with each division’s staff (cooking, customer service, and drink making)
– Provide customer service, greeting, cleaning and other hospitality care to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follows Japanese manager’s instructions and convey those to staff in Khmer
– Marketing work on SNS to get more customers
– Order materials to distributors and wholesalers.
– Other duties as directed by managers.
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Able to speak Japanese at N3 level (Certification is not required)
– Able to make relationship with the Japanese manager and other staff
– Good personality. Able to build a family-like friendship with colleagues
– Able to write & read Khmer
– Able to read English (just basic level is fine)
– Punctual. Not easy to take leave and being late
PRIORITY
– Experience living/studying/working in Japan. Finishers of 3 years of technical intern are highly welcome.
– Experience of working at Japanese restaurant
– Staff experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants
– Able to stay in the dormitory which is located on the 2nd floor of the restaurant. (2 times of meals and fans are provided.
