Job Description
– Receive reservations from customers and respond to their inquiries.
– Ensure smooth operation system, check the situation and give instructions to local staff.
– Training and guidance of local staff, and attendance management such as shift scheduling
– Planning and implementation of improvement measures to maintain/improve service quality
– Maintenance and management of restaurant facilities
– Coordination with suppliers and other external parties
– Coordination with suppliers and other external parties
– Assisting in restaurant service as needed.
– Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
– Experience in customer service and customer support.
– Able to use JP at a good level
– Able to communicate proactively with customers and internal/external parties.
– Have a spirit of hospitality and attention to detail.
– Japanese manners.
– English proficiency at a daily conversational level or above.
– Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
