Job Description
– Cooking Italian food. (Pasta, Pizza etc..)
– Creating staff shifts
– Translate in any needed matters into English or Japanese for Japanese Supervisors
– Managing staff for handling guests and serving customer service
– Work closely with supervisor, kitchen staff and fellow hall service staff
– Support job posting, interviews and other recruitment processes etc.
– Provide guidance to the staff about customer service, greeting, cleaning and other hospitality care to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follows supervisor’s instructions and communicates them to staff
– Promote and advertise each restaurant to increase the number of customers
– Other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Job Requirement
– Able to speak Japanese at least N3 level
– Having good human qualities (gentle, honest & kind)
– People who are motivated to learn and achieve high aspirations.
– Available for shift work
– Able to work at night time, holidays or weekends.
Priority
– Able to use English at least basic level (easy communication with foreign customers)
– Cooking experience in a Italian restaurant or other food
– Able to manage the store from a manager’s point of view.
