Job Description
– Organizes weekly/monthly meeting with staff to understand the current situation of staff, find and solve the current matter
– Corporate with service department to solve the issues, improve the current situation
– Work with trainer to make training plan and review of training result
– Support to find high quality of products and help to negotiate
– Other tasks assigned by direct manager
– Zero waste and dishwashing team manage / support.
Job Requirements
– Good or upper level English proficiency (Daily conversation)
– Good or upper level Japanese proficiency (Daily conversation)
– Computer skills. Able to use Ms. Office, Gmail, and Google Drive in order to make documents related to the kitchen operation
– Leadership skills
– Friendly, hard-working, be patient, good team work
– Able to handle complaints and can improve the kitchen operation based on it
– Strong commitment to the work with high sense of responsibility
– High motivation and passion on food and beverage industry.
Priority
– Work experience in a F&B industry
– Working experience in Japanese company
– Have worked under a foreigner boss
– Hold a certificate of JLPT N4 or upper.
